Your mission:
Ensure the efficient availability of materials through proactive inventory and upstream flow management. Lead the team toward operational excellence by anticipating risks and strengthening collaboration with suppliers. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager, we are looking for an Inventory and Upstream Flows Manager to lead a team of 6 to 8 people.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team, anticipating risks.
- Ensure on-time delivery of orders (+75,000 order lines with over 300 suppliers).
- Define root cause analyses of pre-shortages and build corrective and preventive action plans.
- Apply MTS / MTO and OFO policies in parameters to ensure upstream supply.
- Strengthen supplier relationship management (including visits and long-term industrial plans).
- Lead weekly meetings with inventory and flow supervisors to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure a balance between stock coverage and turnover to avoid impacting financial performance.
- Collaborate with the downstream team to identify risks in the process.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to align supply chain strategies and ensure future robustness.
- Ensure an optimal level of service from suppliers.
- Implement new digitalization processes and adopt Schneider Electric tools.
- Ensure the capacity of our critical suppliers in a context of exponential growth.
- Share visibility and define action plans both internally and externally.
- Prepare reports and monitor KPIs: delayed order lines, S-OTD (supplier on-time delivery), pre-shortages.

Our requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Experience leading teams in Supply Chain.
- Experience in electrical or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in tools: SAP, Tableau, Excel.
- Fluent English.
- Availability for occasional travel.
Required skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, proactive, and results-oriented skills.
- Ability to lead teams as a solution generator.
- Ability to work in global and multicultural environments.
