Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management:
    • Drive sales for the entire range of electrical products and solutions.
    • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers and territories.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Channel Management:
    • Develop and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
    • Monitor channel performance and provide necessary support and training.
  4. Promotional Activities:
    • Organize and conduct sales promotion activities including:
      • Mega seminars
      • Technical presentations
      • Webinars
      • In-Plant Trainings (IPTs)
      • Product demonstrations
    • Promote digital products and solutions to enhance customer engagement.
  5. Technical Expertise:
    • Possess strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems.
    • Knowledge of Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Protection Relays, Power Factor Improvement equipment, and related technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the electrical industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
