Maintenance Leader ASCO Queretaro

• Non-hierarchical team leader, responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production / manufacturing equipment in an entity.
• Animation of a team / process(es) involving the elaboration and application of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost.
• Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety & health rules & 5S
• Apply predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations (level 3, 4 & 5)
• Decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines
  original state
• Could manage functionally a team of IIT2 according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant.
• Contribute to the TPM process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines.
• Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal tools under responsibility of the plant.
• Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory.
• Organize the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line.
• Can also be Key-User of the Maintenance Domain (PM)

Qualifications

• Leadership.
• MS Office.
• TPM Knowledge.
• Knowledge in Pneumatic and Electrical systems.
• Three years of experience in Maintenance.
• Proactive
• Trouble shooting experience.
