What will you do?

  • Inspect facility, electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure they remain functional and up to standard
  • Perform maintenance and repair work of electrical systems, equipment and machines
  • Determine the reasons for any malfunctions for containment and preventive actions
  • Implement and drive effective autonomous & preventive maintenance procedures
  • Maintain inventory records and secure equipment, supplies and spare parts
  • Document maintenance procedures and work instructions
  • Apply analytical tools and software to track and monitor performance while producing maintenance reports for review with management
  • Fulfill SPS (Schneider Performance System) requirement and target such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), FPY (First Pass Yield) and quality standards.
  • Interface with suppliers for calibration and maintenance schedules
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects while supporting digitalization and smart factory initiatives
  • Create contingency plan for machine/equipment failures
  • Supervise, coach and lead maintenance technician as well as operators
  • Support the MES/shopfloor systems

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and general maintenance processes
  • Proficient in schematic and electrical diagrams/illustrations
  • Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
  • Adequate knowledge in PLC, Automation and programing
  • Adequate knowledge in MES/shopfloor systems
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to deliver and work well with minimal supervision
  • Committed to comply with all safety standard and regulations at all times
  • Customer orientated and able to work as a team with operators, technician, engineers to deliver result
