What will you do?

  • Uses advisory ability and business expertise to drive impact by executing a wide range of activities such as logistics, communication, planning and reporting follow up according to Learning & Development processes.
  • Interact with third party vendors for support and scheduling.
  • Perform tasks in learning tools and systems.
  • Deploy a global offer through a regional network of high level Learning & Development Solution experts while partnering with HR Business Partners and HR Operations locally and globally.
  • Counsel employees and managers about the organisation's training programmes and policies and arrange for employees to participate in internal and external training so that the organisation's training resources are allocated effectively
  • Maintain and analyse organisation and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programmes.
  • Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programmes are delivered with high quality resources.
  • Creates purchase orders as necessary according to invoicing processes.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Attention to detail and ability to track and monitor open task with stakeholders is critical to ensure successful training sessions.
  • Ability to fluently speak and write English and Spanish are required.
  • Understanding the flow of data from various HR systems.
