Lead User Researcher
Join Schneider Electric Design team!
What will be your role ?
We are fast growing and we want to do so healthily.
Our mission is to strengthen user-centered design at scale and ensure research plays a core role in shaping meaningful Schneider Electric experiences, by enabling teams to practice and communicate decisions informed by research, data, and field insights to solve the right problems and deliver impact.
You will be part of the transversal Design team and report to the Design Ops Manager.
We are looking for a Lead Researcher with strong Research Operations expertise to elevate research practices, impact, and adoption across product teams.
Your role combines hands-on research leadership, Research Ops ownership, and program-level execution. You will drive a research ops roadmap, lead transversal initiatives, and embed research as a strategic, insight-driven, and AI-augmented discipline, with full accountability for outcomes.
You will be responsible for :
Lead research impact
- Lead high-impact qualitative and quantitative research to inform design and product decisions.
- Act as a senior research partner to design, product, and business stakeholders.
- Increase the consistency, visibility, and business impact of research across teams, helping teams ground and communicate decisions in research, data, and field insights.
- Mentor and support researchers and designers on transversal initiatives.
- Act as an internal ambassador for user research, driving acculturation and evidence-based decision-making.

- Can lead and influence researchers without direct line management.
- Have experience driving change management initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and synthesize complex topics effectively.
- You are fluent in English and French and can communicate effectively in an international environment.
Even better if :
- You have experience partnering with analytics or data teams, or working with dashboards and data sources to enrich research insights and demonstrate impact.
