Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Award Stage : Proposal Engineering:
- Preparation of System Architecture
- Preparation of BOM & Cost Estimation
- Preparation of Manhour Estimates
- Drafting of Techno-Commercial Offers
- Review & Verification of Customer Specs and compliance statements.
Post -Award Stage : Detailed Engineering:
- Detailed Engineering
- Preparation of BOM & Cost Estimation and Ordering on Factory &/or Vendors
- Cost Adherence
- Schedule Adherence
- Customer Meetings

Detailed Engineering for Panel Build
- Cost Adherence

- Supervising Application Development
- Verification of accuracy of Application

Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning:
- Hands-On Commissioning of Foxboro Triconex System & associated system/s at sit
- Liasing & leading 3rd party system engineers for interfacing with DCS
Detailed list of competencies
- FEED and Detailed Engineering of the Safety System and associated Panels
- Safety Control network interface and Tie-Ins
- Detail Engineering of Hardware & Software for the Triconex Systems (DCS)
- Design basis for Safety Systems scope of work
- Specification for Integrated Control Systems etc.,
- Finalization of IO's and allocations
- Participation of FAT for major control systems as well as subsystems and vendor PLC's
- Vendor drawing review & approval
- Interface with Advanced Process control system and OPC.
- Project Pre-FAT/ FAT/ SAT planning & Execution.
- Witnessing SAT, Loop and Function test for Telecom systems like PAGA/ Access Control System/ CCTV.
- Witnessing SAT, Loop and Function test for DCS/ ESD/ BMS/ F&G system/Khrone Fiscal Metering system/ ABB Analyser/ Machine monitoring system.
- Commissioning, Start up, operations & maintenance of ICS system
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent
- 10+ Years of Experience as Discipline Engineer
- Safety Systems Competencies
