Lead Electronics System Architect
Mission
The Electronics Center of Excellence is driving the electronics transformation across Energy Management business. In that context, we are looking for one candidate to support one of the 5 divisions of Energy Management. This high profile, technical role with high stakes will provide the right level of central expertise dedicated to the division she/he will be covering.
We target a "system architect" (but in the frame of reference of semiconductors' suppliers) meaning a profile able to understand the use cases in order to build the best possible architecture both in term of firmware and hardware. 4 critical competencies are required : Hardware, Firmware, Semiconductor technology and industry, Applications

Responsibilities and skills:
As part of the global Center of Excellence
1- Division Mandate : You will support one of the 5 divisions of Energy Management : Secure Power. You will understand the needs of the business & support engineering teams to adopt the right technologies / electronics architectures.
2- Technology Mandate : You will take the ownership of one of the processing technology across Energy Management (for instance microcontrollers or microprocessor/etc....) and make sure to build the right knowledge and actions plan meaning :
• Define/update the strategy to deploy on the technology she/he will be responsible for.
• Structure techno action plans/path for innovation on this technology
- Work with Standardization and purchasing to have an up to the mark standard
• Drive a platforming approach for her/his domain to optimize the solutions across the board
• Understand the electronic market trends
- Build the right relationship with suppliers/ecosystem partners
- Understand the solutions and moves of our competitors
- Build the right technological actions plan and partnership with start-up and universities
Qualifications
Education : Master degree in Electronics Engineering
Experience :
- Proven experience of minimum 10+years in Electronics design / project management
- Knowledge of Embedded technologies, embedded market and actors
- Must have proven track record of effectively interacting with senior/executive level management.
- Experience in change management is a plus
Skills :
- English : fluent mandatory
- Interest in understanding application constraint, application requirement to drive technology choice
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement tactical plan to support desired outcome
- Innovative mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships and work in a matrix
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure or in ambiguous environments
- Self-motivated, willingness to own issues and results/action-oriented
