Project Governance & Execution
- Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms
- Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
- Report progress, risks, and decisions to the program manager.
Stakeholder & Business Alignment
- Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team.
- Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals
Testing & Cutover Support
- Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.
- Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines.
- Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.
Change Management & Adoption
- Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.
- Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
- Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects.
- Experience with managing global stakeholders
- Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools
- Experience with SAP, CPQ, Jira will be an advantage
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, Engineering, or related
