As part of Energy Management and Technical Communication team at Schneider Electric
As a Lead Designer, will be responsible to plan and manage the delivery of high-quality digital assets like 4K Images/360° Set of Images/ simplified CAD /2D views/System Images for SE websites, catalogues, user guides, e-commerce, promotion.
Responsibilities
- Leading projects independently and should have experience in managing a team.
- Manage projects expectations across all the business leaders, division engage many stakeholders across different geographic locations and different time zones.
- Good communication, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
- Time to time need to develop new skills to manage different types of assets on 3D rendering Platform. PDM/Offer DAM/Technical Illustration/Software upgrades etc,.
- Planning, scheduling, managing, and delivering of projects.
- Quality check of all rendered images, simplified CAD is important to meet high quality standards.
- Mentoring and training new joiners in the teams.
- Collaborative working style, team-player.

- Ideally Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a CAD Designer/Product Designer in global technology company.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience working on Creo Tool is mandatory, PDM management.
- Additional knowledge on rendering Software (Blender/key Shot) Adobe illustration tool.
- Ability to deliver high quality 4K & 360° product pictures, customer-centric, and easy-to-deliver different product pictures depending on the project expectations and even more.
- Ability to plan, manage and control several parallel projects, experience in Project Management
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive and open attitude, flexibility.
- Collaborative working style, team-player
