Lead Content Strategist | Shared Experience

Who will be your team ?

The Shared Experience team defines, curates, and evolves the common experience blocks and identity layers that ensure coherence, clarity, and recognizability across all Schneider Electric digital experiences (software, applications, and beyond).

What will be you r role ?

As Lead Content Strategist, you own the content strategy vision and execution for shared experiences, while leading and growing a team of Content Strategists.

You ensure that language, structure, terminology, and tone are coherent, scalable, and aligned with brand and product intent across all digital experiences.

You operate at both strategic and operational levels: defining content systems, guiding complex initiatives, and enabling teams to apply content standards consistently at scale.

You act as the content authority for shared experience topics, and as a key partner to the Design System and Brand teams.

You will be responsible for :

  • Content Strategy & Governance

• Define and evolve the global content strategy for shared experiences.

• Establish and maintain content principles, patterns, naming conventions, and tone of voice rules.

• Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability of content across products and platforms.

• Act as a decision-maker and arbitrator on content-related topics impacting multiple teams.
  • Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Content Strategists.

• Set clear objectives, priorities, and quality standards for the content practice.

• Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Support skill development, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the team.
  • Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner with product teams to understand shared content needs and recurring challenges.

• Work closely with the Design System team to integrate content guidance into components, patterns, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Brand partners to ensure alignment between brand voice and product language.

• Facilitate and oversee workshops on content strategy, terminology, and clarity.
  • Quality, Accessibility & Scale

• Ensure all shared content supports usability, accessibility, and inclusivity.

• Review and validate content decisions for strategic initiatives and shared patterns.

• Contribute to and oversee documentation, examples, and usage guidelines.

• Anticipate scale and internationalization challenges in content systems.
