Laboratory Test Engineer

Misión del Puesto :

Realización de ensayos de acuerdo con las normas o procedimientos vigentes. (Principales normas: IEC 62208, UL50, UL50E, UL746C).

Gestión de las calibraciones de los equipos del laboratorio y de control de fábrica.

Dimensiones :

• Trabajos de ejecución autónoma según instrucciones específicas que comportan, bajo supervisión, la responsabilidad de los mismos, con frecuente interrelación con personas de otros departamentos (clientes internos).
• Gestión de las calibraciones de los equipos con proveedores externos. Validación de los certificados de calibración.

Funciones del puesto :

Qué hace ?

Realizar ensayos eléctricos, funcionales y de seguridad conforme a las normas y/o procedimientos internos aplicables y vigentes en el momento.

Gestiona las calibraciones de los equipos de medida y ensayo, así como los equipos de control de fábrica.

Sobre qué ?

Ensayos, sobre e nvolventes vacías destinadas a los conjuntos de aparamenta de baja tensión, así como otros productos relacionados.

Calibraciones, sobre equipos de medida, ensayo y control de laboratorio y fábrica.

Para qué ?

Para garantizar el cumplimiento de las características técnicas de los productos ensayados según las normas aplicables.

Conocimientos y experiencia

• Titulación de FPII o conocimientos adquiridos en el desempeño de la profesión.
• Conocimientos o experiencia en la realización de ensayos y/ o en el ámbito de los productos a ensayar.
• Experiencia en interpretación de planos, normas y procedimientos.
• Conocimientos básicos de ofimática.
• Formación en ISO / IEC 17025 y en metrología.
• Idiomas: Español, Inglés nivel intermedio, Francés (opcional).

• Autonomía, en la realización de todo tipo de ensayos.
• Rigurosidad, en la realización de los ensayos.
• Decisión, para la determinación del resultado de los ensayos.
• Interpretación, análisis y validación de certificados de calibración.
