The Role: Key Account Manager DIY (Modern Trade)

What will you do?

  1. Ensure the achievement of monthly/quarter/annual Sales target in his/her channel.
  2. Drive sell thru and sell out strategies to maximize product visibility and turnover.
  3. Manage promotion and trading term in alignment with the Company strategy.
  4. Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Distributor, and Promoter Team to ensure excellent execution of Merchandising, Plan-O-Gram, POP materials, and in-store visibility.
  5. Lead new product initiative and campaign promotion within account.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecast and ensure inventory health level at stores account.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and key decision-makers in DIY retail chains.
  8. Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities and risks, also create resolution

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Consumer preferable Modern Trade/Mass Market Retail/Branded Retail.
  • Having knowledge in Sales and Marketing focusing on Lighting/Electrical/Electronic/IT/Hardware/Building Material.
  • Well understand on Distributor Management, Account Development, Merchandising, Plan-O-Gram and Campaign Management.
  • Independently manage the job and task remotely.
  • Proven excellent execution sales plan, marketing program/activation and campaign.
  • Having good communication skills with an ability to coordinate across function within organization, Distributors and Modern/DIY Account.
  • Strong negotiation, sales analysis, data driven, and familiar with Digitalization to support the sales planning and campaign execution.
  • Persistent to drive the result and growth performance.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across area/stores cover.
  • Able to speak and written in English.
