Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall business development and relationship management of Schneider Electric's account with TSMC. Drive the growth of sales for products, solutions, and services, ensuring strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Develop and maintain strong relationships:

Establish and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with key account stakeholders, including C-level executives.

(2) Account Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute account plans, including forecasts, sales strategies, and pricing solutions.

(2) Solution Development:

Understanding client needs and developing and implementing solutions using Schneider Electric's portfolio of products and services.

(4) Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to align on account strategy and execute plans effectively.

(5) Customer Satisfaction:

Proactively address customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.

(6) Market Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor market trends, analyze customer usage, and provide regular reports on account performance.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

(1) Relationship Building:

Ability to build rapport with senior-level clients and navigate complex organizational structures.

(2) Communication and Negotiation:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.

(3) Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.

Ability to develop and implement long-term account plans and strategies

(4) Sales experience & Industry Knowledge:

3~5 years sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing facility power system or eco system or a related field is highly desirable.

(5) Leadership and Teamwork:

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

(1) Experience working with TSMC or other large semiconductor clients.
