Key Account Manager

  • Responsible for V1 order number and sales number of F&B industry in given regions.

    - Responsible for developing Key Accounts of F&B.

    - Manage sales targets and implement and provision of high quality of service and ensure key account satisfactory

    - Develop the key account in region following company policy

    - Responsible for Key account plan which set clear objective
    - Follow all the KA's key projects and manage the project pipeline

    - Discover new opportunity (products, solutions and services)
    - Meet the annual margin target and annual sales target, maximize the profit through both direct and indirect sales.
    - Keep good relationship with KA decision maker (inc engineering and procurement) at both HQ level and key branch.

- Keep good relationship with KA's business ecosystem, i.e, EPC, DI, SI, Distributor, and so on.
- Monitor the competitors' action and define the related action plan

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above
Sales background and 10+ years in the large account management
Experience in sales team management or project management

In-depth marketing intelligence and knowhow in F&B industry.
Excellent skills on communication, relationship building, coordination and problem-solving
Autonomous, innovative, team work, outgoing personality and able to work under pressure
Strong at Marketing analysis and segment marketing
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
