We are looking for an IT Onsite Support (f/m/d) for our Lahr location. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Schneider Electric's workplace and infrastructure facilities, including network infrastructure.

Your IMPACT:
  • Competent and customer-oriented 2nd level support for users on-site - and at other locations when needed - with proactive identification of IT-related requests and effective issue resolution.
  • Handling and documenting incidents and requests via a ticketing system (ServiceNow).
  • Preparation and distribution of IT equipment, including regular PC refresh cycles, in compliance with internal company policies and accurate registration of all issued devices in our systems.
  • "Hands & Eyes" support for our central service departments - especially in the areas of servers, networking and internet connectivity.
  • Support for technical operations during special events such as annual meetings, board sessions, and training sessions.
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of IT service processes, including regular review of workflows and implementation of best practices to optimize IT support services.

Your Profile:
  • A completed apprenticeship in IT or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in end-user support
  • Solid knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, and ServiceNow
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, MS Intune, Android, and iOS
  • Strong service orientation and a high level of consulting competence
  • Initiative and a solution-oriented working style
  • Mobility and a Class B driver's license are required, as occasional travel to other company locations may be part of the role
  • Good command of German and English is preferred
