We are looking for a proactive, open, and communicative individual who is eager to learn and grow within our Global Campaign Team . This role requires a holistic approach to creating brand experiences, combining creative work on assets, communication with stakeholders, agencies, and the C reative S tudio, as well as a strategic approach to performance and brand experience.

Location & commitments:

  • Internship, min. 30 hours per week, 12 months mandate contract,
  • Warszawa (office at Konstruktorska Street),

Your IMPACT:
  • Lead and take ownership of the production of creative assets for global Tier 1 advertisements for Customer Stories, Thought Leadership, Reports (CNBC, The Economist, LinkedIn).
  • Strategically plan promotion for the brand priorities in collaboration with business units and segments.
  • Support in the Impact Maker campaign & Customer Story program.
  • Create reports, draw conclusions, and provide learnings to improve our work.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, agencies, and the C reative S tudio to ensure alignment and execution of campaign strategies.


Your Profile:
  • A personality eager to learn and develop marketing skills.
  • Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Desire to grow marketing skills and network within Schneider Electric, with many opportunities to do so.
  • Not afraid of challenges, actively seeks them out, and wants to develop their potential.
  • Will receive training, but it would be advantageous to have some understanding of how Schneider Electric operates (familiarity with tools like Workfront etc. & basic understanding of relevant processes.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or project management roles (preferred).


Languages:
  • English - fluent (verbal and written),
