Intern: System Testing - DC Systems by Schneider Electric

Duration? 4-6 months

Your mission?

Being part of the R&D team, the primary responsibility of this internship is to support the team with ongoing development activities. This will be done by providing help and assistance for DC system integration tests that will be done in our lab.

System Testing - DC Systems:

• Support the team in building test setups
• Support the team in executing the test plan
• Gather and analyse the data
• Support in the creation of the test report and documentation
• Analyse behaviour of the system

Qualifications & Requirements:

• HBO, MSc or PhD student (preferably in last year of studies)
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and ability to read schematic and PCB design (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of analog electronics (plus)
• Experience with laboratory testing
• Strong communication skills for internal and customer presentations
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage

Technically Curious and Proactive: You are eager to explore innovative energy systems and take initiative.
Strong Communicator: You can clearly present technical findings to internal teams and customers.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of power electronics and schematic/PCB design
• Basic understanding of analog electronics
• Experience with simulation tools (Simulink, SPICE, Mathcad)
• Hands-on experience with lab testing
