Location & Commitments:
- Pa id internship, minimum 30 hours/week, contract of mandate for min 6 months
- Warsaw (office at ul. Konstruktorska 12)
- Hybrid model possible after reaching independence

Your IMPACT:
- Data processing - preparing reports, analyses, offer comparisons, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Market research and other topics as needed
- Organizing and co-organizing business events - conferences, meetings, trips, trainings, and trade fairs
- Creating visually appealing communication, training, and marketing materials (e.g., invitations, agendas, certificates, PowerPoint presentations)
- Document management and correspondence handling (scanning, shipping, maintaining records of incoming and outgoing documents)

- Participation in various projects in areas such as PR, marketing, administration, sales support, industrial automation, and innovative robotics solutions
- Other sales support activities, such as checking and correcting documents, analyzing websites, minor translations from English, and creating subtitles for videos
Your profile:
- Student status and availability to start the internship in the coming months
- Fluent Polish (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of technical topics related to the industrial automation market
Languages:
- Polish - full professional fluency
- English - communicative in speech and writing
Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu " TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
