Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our efforts to enhance our employer brand and engagement with next gen talent. You will focus on communication and marketing initiatives supporting our recruitment efforts in Taiwan, leveraging your bilingual skills in English and Mandarin. You will be reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Taiwan.
What will you be working on:
- This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in employer branding and next gen talent engagement, as well as exposure to a global organization at the forefront of innovation.
- Assist in the development and execution of the employer branding strategy for Schneider Electric Taiwan Support the creation of engaging localized content, such as articles, blog posts, social media posts, and videos, to promote the employer brand and attract next gen talent.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across various channels and platforms.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and campus activities to engage with next gen talent, representing as a company ambassador on campus.
- Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and creative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze metrics related to employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports to cross-functional teams such as Human Resources

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, students in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Passion for employer branding, talent acquisition, prior internship experience in related field is preferred
- Knowledge of communication and marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital platforms and social media.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with gra phic design tools such as Canva is a plus.
- Available to commit to 1 year for the internship.
