Internship - Offer Design & Marketing Intern

Are you interested in understanding how customer-centric offers are created and brought to market in a global organization?

Join Schneider Electric's Offer Design team and contribute to the development and enhancement of service offerings that deliver value to our customers. You will participate in market analysis, customer insights collection, and offer design activities while working with international and cross-functional teams.

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to offer marketing, service strategy, and innovation in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your Mission

As an Offer Design & Marketing Intern, you will support the team in designing, improving, and structuring service offerings. You will help identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and contribute to the development of compelling value propositions.

You will work closely with Marketing, Services, Sales, and Product Development teams in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Market Analysis

• Support the collection and analysis of customer feedback and market insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance existing offers or develop new ones.

Offer Design Support

• Contribute to the design and evolution of service offerings.
• Support the development of value propositions and offer positioning.
• Assist in structuring and documenting offer content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing, Services, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Participate in international workshops and project meetings.
• Support coordination activities across multiple stakeholders.

Offer Deployment & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the preparation of launch and communication materials.
• Support the monitoring of offer performance and key indicators.
• Help identify improvement opportunities based on customer and stakeholder feedback.

Your Profile

• Pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
• Specialization in Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Business Management, or Project Management.
• Strong interest in offer marketing, customer experience, and business development.
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, consulting, business development, or project management.
• Interest in technology, energy, sustainability, or industrial services.
• Knowledge of offer management, product marketing, or service marketing is a plus.
