Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit:
- Sales
Je adviseert en ondersteunt Machinebouw klanten in Nederland en Belgie bij hun projecten, haalt opdrachten binnen en behaalt je sales target.
- Business Development
Je bent dagelijks met veel verschillende klanten in contact; vooral via de telefoon. Je vindt altijd een reden om contact te leggen, vindt nieuwe klanten en ontdekt zakelijke kansen. - Relatiebeheer
Je bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor je belangrijkste klanten, je bouwt sterke relaties op krijgt zo inzicht in de behoeften van de klant.

Je sterke punten :
• Communicatieve vaardigheden: Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels. Beheersing van de Franse taal is een pre.
• Ondernemersmentaliteit: Bereidheid om initiatief te nemen, ambitieuze doelen te stellen en te bereiken.
• Proactiviteit: Neem het initiatief om problemen te voorzien en pak ze aan voordat ze escaleren.
• Samenwerking: werk effectief samen met zowel interne teams als externe partners.
• Probleemoplossend vermogen: vermogen om situaties te analyseren en praktische oplossingen te bedenken.
• Aanpassingsvermogen: Comfortabel met verandering en in staat om strategieën snel aan te passen.
• Positieve houding: Behoud een positieve en motiverende houding, vooral onder druk.
• Nieuwsgierigheid: Je bent nieuwsgierig naar technische innovaties voor machinebouw en wil voortdurend leren en verbeteren.
• Rechtvaardigheid: Ethisch zakendoen en beslissingen nemen waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met het welzijn van alle belanghebbenden.
Jouw technische vaardigheden:
• Interesse in Energiedistributie & Industriële Automatisering. Je beschikt over basiskennis, of hebt sterke interesse, in het leren over industriële automatisering.
• Bereidheid om op de hoogte te blijven van markttrends, concurrentie en opkomende technologieën
• Oplossingen verkopen: de mogelijkheid om met klanten samen te werken om samen oplossingen te definiëren die aan hun behoeften voldoen.
