The Role: Inside Sales Development Associate
We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for our business.
What will you do?
You will:
- Prepare the collateral for the NAM/PLP support to drive their daily call-out lists, including but not limited to:
- Contact information (Site and Partner of Record)
- Back-Up Contact
- Contract Coverage prior year and pricing (details, assets, pricing)
- Key Dates
- Prior three FSR/Workorder reports/PMs completed as a reference with dates and notes.
- MPRS info
- Other Open Opportunities (summary view with links for details)
- Prepare and distribute sales leads and send e-mail notifications to the internal and/or external customers.
- Make an average of 50 phone calls a month into expired/expiring opportunities to increase company's renewal of sales and capture rates leading to increase in non-concurrent revenue.
- Assist on funnel management for NAM Teams and keep it accurate and up to date by sending follow-up e-mails to end customers and partners.
- Support revenue‑generating teams (Inside Sales) by stepping into high‑priority tasks that directly impact pipeline movement, customer experience, and booking performance.
- Execute assigned sales‑related activities with accuracy and urgency while adhering to established workflows, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Quickly learn and transition across sales tools, systems, and processes to close short‑term capacity gaps and maintain business continuity.
- Partner closely with sales leaders to understand deal requirements, turnaround expectations, and deliverables for each temporary assignment.
- Maintain proactive communication-providing clear status updates, identifying blockers, and escalating issues early to prevent delays in quoting, order processing, or customer follow‑ups.
- Uphold service and sales‑support quality metrics across all rotations, ensuring consistency in customer touchpoints and backend processes.
- Demonstrate agility, ownership, and a strong customer‑first mindset while supporting multiple teams to help the business accelerate closures and improve overall sales efficiency.
- Assist with other duties assigned by both NAM and PLP management.
Who would be successful?
- Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio, strong customer relations in Manufacturing segment will be a plus
- Excellent English communication & interaction skills
- Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts will be a key differentiator
- Be digital savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications
