Inside Sales Associate

Role: Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise quotes based on partner and end-user requests using defined tools and processes
• Create Salesforce BFO opportunities to support the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with Order Management to ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered on time
• Raise support requests for major projects
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders
• Create and manage accounts and contacts in Salesforce BFO and Oracle
• Maintain and update the Salesforce BFO sales pipeline, including data clean-up
• Process MDF (Market Development Funds) and rebates
• Support SIP activities, including invoicing

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Preferably with experience using Salesforce BFO
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities and ensure SLAs are met
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
