Tareas :

• Ensure the procurability and manufacturability of plastic components used in the assembly or fabricated process.
• Design choices based on industrial and technological capabilities to meet customers and Schneiders requirements (quality / delivery / cost).
• Industrialization Plastic Component & Tooling Ensure the manufacturability of the plastic components and their toolings and the implementation & qualification of the tools/processes in accordance with the principles of Schneider.
• Deep knowledge of injection processes and mold validation for injection molding with the creation of injection ranges.
• Knowledge in SEPRO/Robot programming
• Knowledge of late differentiation, Queue simulation, lead time optimization
• Conducts value add/non-value add analysis (useful time analysis)
• Creates and interprets value stream maps
• Understands how to design line layout, workstations and material presentation that minimize waste and balances work content and conducts takt/cycle time analysis
• Interprets diagnostic results
• Conducts changeover analysis, material handling analysis and overall equipment effectiveness
