What will you do?
- Lead the Continuous Improvement strategy : The person is in charge of the continuous improvement of the whole process, both in Front-end & Core, ie from tendering to delivery.
- Animate the continuous improvement on operational processes (CIOP) in plant based on Schneider Performance System (SPS) card selection.
- Challenge, follow Kaizen events and in some cases lead some of them.
- Smart factories : Lead the deployment of the smart factory solutions in plant: The point of contact of the IPM and global smart factory leader.
- Productivity: Define yearly actions plan to built the productivity.
- Follow productivity action plan and ensure achievement of the DLP target.
- Report the DLP to support functions by using standard tool and process.
- Schneider Performance System (SPS) : Ensure the transversal animation to get sustainability of SPS level in the plant (including implementation of actions plans driven by Schneider Performance System (SPS) assessment).
- Ensure the growing skills at all levels in the factory on the principles of manufacturing excellence.
- Manage the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and lead the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan at plant level.
- Ensure the implementation of the concept of green/red, principles of Schneider Performance System (SPS), architecture lines, Short Interval Management (SIM), Material Providing & Handling (MPH).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Requires Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering. Four year technical degree with experince would also be considered.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in industrial mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) is a requirement.
- Advanced in Lean Manufacturing Methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Visual management, Kaizen etc.).
- Ability to interact and lead others in a collaborative environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management and communication skills.
- Experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process. Lead by influence.
