HR Workforce Admin Supervisor
SERBIA
The HR Workforce Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workforce administration team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR administrative processes. This role supports compliance, data integrity, and service excellence across employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, and offboarding.
What will you do:
- Supervise and coordinate the HR Workforce Administration team to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems
- Monitor workload distribution and performance metrics to meet high quality of service
- Act as a point of escalation for complex HR administrative issues and resolve them effectively
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- University degree, preferably in Psychology, Economics, Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Administration preferred
- Supervisory/ managerial experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in English
- Consistent knowledge of the local employment law, including the Labor Code, and other relevant local legislation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong analytical skills, curios to learn and develop
- Ability to take initiative and work well within ambiguous environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively within/across teams, implementing structure and clarity
- Excellent interpersonal savvy, problem-solving skills & resourcefulness and great time management skills
- Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities
