The HR Services Generalist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, timely, and employee-focused HR services. This position manages the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding-while supporting payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR data management. The role also contributes to regional and global HR initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Align with the global/regional HR service delivery model and apply best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure a smooth and "Easy Employee Experience" through responsive and professional support.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding, internal transfers, probation reviews, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Validate onboarding documents and ensure timely registration for social insurance, group insurance, and flexible benefits.
- Collect offboarding documents and notify the retirement pension service provider.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Administer payroll processes, including pay advice generation and payroll validation.
- Coordinate with local payroll vendors for social insurance and payroll-related matters.
- Manage employee attendance records and benefit programs, including WESOP (Worldwide Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
- Ensure compliance with statutory retirement pension requirements.
HR Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in internal systems.
- Oversee time and leave management tools.
- Support local HR operations and ensure alignment with company policies and labor laws.
Learning & Development Support
- Act as the local representative for learning services.
- Coordinate with regional/global teams to support training logistics and learning initiatives.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Lead or support regional and global HR projects.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Rewards and regional HR Services teams.
- Manage third-party hiring and vendor relationships.
Compliance & Advisory
- Stay informed on local labor law changes and consult with external professionals as needed.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with legal and internal standards.
Employee Support
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2~5 years of experience in HR services, administration, or generalist roles.
- Experience in managing diverse HR projects and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits, including payroll (preferred).
- Strong numerical, digital, and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, business-level English required.
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분 ( 근무지는 서울 사무소 이며, 교육 및 인수 인계를 위해 말레이시아(쿠알라룸푸르)에 약 6 개월간 파견 근무 할 수 있습니다.)
