Position Location: Barcelona, Spain

Job Purpose

The HR Rewards Digital SME is responsible for ensuring that business requirements from the Rewards function are clearly understood, translated into technical specifications, and effectively implement a digital solution. This role collaborates closely with the digital team to explore and deliver solutions, drives simplification and standardization of processes, and benchmarks best practices from the market to recommend improvements.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable digital requirements.

• Collaborate with digital and IT teams to explore and implement solutions within existing HCM platforms.

• Drive simplification and standardization of digital rewards processes across geographies.

• Benchmark external market practices and recommend enhancements to digital rewards strategies.

• Partner with Rewards COE, HRDS, Digital Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of rewards strategies.

• Act as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits modules of HCM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and analytics tools to monitor rewards effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in digital rewards processes.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in the Rewards Digital space.

• Extensive collaboration with Rewards Centers of Excellence (COE).

• Deep understanding of rewards philosophy, fundamentals, and strategy execution.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM ERP system (preferably Oracle Fusion).

• Fluent in English.

Specific Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements.

• Expertise in digital HR tools and platforms, especially compensation and benefits modules.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar HCM systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of global compensation practices and compliance requirements.

• Experience in process improvement, standardization, and automation.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Comfortable working independently and in global, virtual teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with system configuration or implementation of Oracle Fusion Compensation or Benefits modules.

• Consulting experience is a value add

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies in digital HR projects.

• Certification in HR technology platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).

• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.

• Familiarity with data privacy and security standards in HR systems.

• Understanding of change management principles and practices.
