Drive the implementation of HR digitalization strategy, conduct full-cycle development and iteration of innovative HR digital products, and enhance the experience and efficiency of HR services via technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete POC, MVP and business model design using agile and lean methods, establish backlog and promote its implementation;
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to advance agile development, ensuring products are launched on time with high quality and subsequent continuous improvement;
- Cooperate with various HR teams to collect business requirements and align product functions with actual scenarios;
- Proficiency in Golang, with practical backend development capabilities, and basic understanding of frontend development.

资格
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors;
- More than 3 years of working experience in IT/HRIT fields;
- Experience in IT system deployment and project management;
- Development experience from idea proposal, prototype design to product launch;
- Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
- Customer-oriented and design thinking, fast respond to demand changes.
