HR Digital Services Specialist (UKG)

This position is a key role within the HR Services team, reporting to the Regional Product Owner in the Time Management space for the EAP region. As our UKG Support Analyst, you will work closely with country HR Services teams, business units, cross-functional teams, and HR/Payroll Integrations to support our product and feature requirements.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Providing support to end users (employees, HRBPs, Managers).

2. Acting as level 2 support for system-related queries according to the ASAE model.

3. Managing changes in relevant systems.

4. Providing guidelines and communicating system changes to HR users.

5. Offering technical support and solutions to escalated issues.

The candidate must have 2+ years of experience with Kronos/UKG Applications, with hands-on experience in all aspects of the Kronos/UKG Application Suite, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, Scheduling, and functional knowledge of Boomi Integrations and Cross Reference Tables.

This role will also be part of the Project team and is expected to own and lead assigned tasks, escalating timely for assistance when required. The role involves supporting future solutions, implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives, delivering high-quality, efficient solutions adhering to the HR Services Operational Model. Your job will involve the continuous delivery of UKG Product solutions, mainly via tickets, and you are also expected to deliver operational and project work across various modules of UKG that delight our internal customers and improve efficiency in daily operations. The candidate should be self-driven and always looking for ways to improve the product to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own and manage the UKG Operations via tickets.
  2. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the UKG system in supporting business operations. Following best practices on Design Decisions and drive to resolution, working closely with cross functional teams.
  3. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to UKG applications and processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement within the UKG system.
  5. Develop and maintain training materials and resources for users.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure successful resolution of tickets or issues faced by our internal users.
  7. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any system-related issues.
  8. Develop and maintain training materials and resources for users and for records of all UKG-related processes and procedures.
  9. Strive for continuous improvement and innovation in the use and optimization of the UKG system.
  10. Governance - Driving a strong relationship, and governance across our teams and vendor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant HR Functional experience for IT transformation projects in global large-scale organizations.

• Experience in solving complex problems.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise manner.

• Very strong command over MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. and excellent presentation skills

HR Certifications or HR Certifications in Time and Attendance aspects will be an added advantage.
