Dein IMPACT

• Führung und Coaching eines Teams von Key Account Manager:innen (Distribution, eCommerce, DIY)
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Distributionsstrategie für die Schweiz
• Verantwortung für kommerzielle Performance, Kundenbeziehungen und strategische Verhandlungen
• Steuerung von Preisstrategien, Promotionen und Kampagnen
• Optimierung von Prozessen in den Bereichen der Lieferkette, der Absatzprognose und der Bedarfsplanung
• Förderung von Trainingsmassnahmen mit Vertriebspartnern
• Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement und Logistik
• Monitoring und Reporting der Channel-Performance

Dein Profil

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Vertriebsfunktion im Bereich Distribution/Channel Sales, idealerweise in der Elektro- oder Baubranche
• Strategisches Denken und ausgeprägte kommerzielle Kompetenz
• Kenntnisse in Distribution, eCommerce und DIY-Handel
• Erfahrung in Preisgestaltung, Promotion und Margenmanagement
• Kommunikationsstärke und Stakeholder-Management
• Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
