The position is responsible for defining and implementing the global Talent Management strategy for GSC International. The position holder will be responsible for building strong trusted relationships with managers and employees across multiple disciplines, while helping drive organizational & business success as well as the Talent Management Agenda.
What will you do?
- Lead the Talent Management campaign cycles and animate talent discussions for GSC International (Talent Reviews, succession plans, talent scouting, talent program initiation and management)
- Design and end to end management of talent programs (Accelerating Top Potentials, Sounding board, 4 eyes etc. ) and early career rotation programs in collaboration with each sub-region
- Support on Top Potential talent pool management and development (collaborating with GSC Academy)
- Design and drive employee development initiatives, animate career week activities for GSC International community
- Animate ATP program talent community on a quarterly basis
- Drive talent insights related analytics and talent mining to identify talent development actions and process improvement
- Talent Scouting, assessment and coaching
- Animate the community of TMs/HRBPs for in each sub-region
- Contribute to upskill and competency programs

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree / master's in human resources. Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
- At least a previous significant experience in one of the following: Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and in a matrix & international environment
- Broad knowledge of talent management (career frameworks, career development, talent assessment, leadership assessment & development etc.), workforce strategy and staffing, DE&I practices and HR projects. Displayed passion for talent development and employee relations. career frameworks, career development, talent assessment, performance management, workforce and succession planning, leadership assessment and development
- Ability to influence the community and network
- Strength in project management and continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills. Ability to be strategic & operational.
- Superior interpersonal abilities. Collaborative and team player.
- Excellence in Change management and influencing skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Digitally savvy. Familiar and comfortable with digital platforms and tools.
