What will you learn?
  • Learn how the Global Workplace Policies are developed, standardized, and enhanced to meet diverse regional needs.
  • Gain exposure to policy lifecycle management, including policy drafting, stakeholder follow-up, and continuous improvement.
  • Understand the different subject matters addressed in the Workplace Playbook, such as sustainability, inclusion, diversity & care, employee experience, workplace design, accessibility, facility management, and others.
  • Develop skills in stakeholder engagement by working closely with the global real estate community.
  • Learn how to communicate and educate internal teams on policy expectations and best practices.
  • Understand the principles behind the adoption of inclusive design and accessibility, and inclusion & care features in the workplace. Support the development of the guidelines and self-assessment tools
  • Global Design Playbook Development: participate in the creation of a standardized design framework that guides office layout, branding, and employee experience.
  • Support for Real Estate Sustainability goal to achieve a net zero carbon portfolio and promote sustainable assets (e.g., energy efficiency, green certifications).


🔍 Are you who we are looking for?
  • Grade Student or Masters student in Architecture or Business Administration with focus on Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Workplace or Inclusive Design.
  • Data research, interpretation, and storytelling; survey analysis; documentation drafting and enhancement; KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Curiosity, communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, organization, attention to detail and maturity.
  • Outgoingness and desire to learn.
  • Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings. The schedule is flexible and you can start between 8 and 10am.
  • To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.
  • Be available to start in July.
  • High English level.

  • Possibility to collaborate remotely depending on the position (up to 2 days per week).
  • Duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension or contracting
