For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,000 - $240,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:
The Global Strategic Alliance Executive leads global sales and partnership efforts with key GPU/Chip accounts, developing high-level relationships across Engineering, Category Management, Marketing, and Sales, including C-suite stakeholders. This role defines and executes the commercial strategy between Schneider Electric and its strategic partners.
The Executive drives collaboration through Co-Develop and Co-Market initiatives, aligning global, regional, and local teams to deliver integrated solutions. A key focus is co-innovation with chip manufacturers to create reference architectures for HPC and AI workloads, positioning Schneider Electric as the preferred provider of high-power, high-cooling infrastructure.
This role spans Schneider Electric's full portfolio, requiring experience in matrix organizations and strong internal stakeholder management. Success depends on deep AI market knowledge, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex technologies into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement and monetize a clear account strategy that embraces the full portfolio of Schneider aligned to customers business desired outcome.
- Attain technical alignment / approval and RVL inclusion
- Develop Relationships with key Decision makers within nominated Accounts and associated ecosystem of value chain players
- Drive thought leadership development, co marketing presence together with the marketing team (including, Events, Speaking Opportunities, Social media, Partner ecosystem animation)
- Become the opportunity leader for identified major co-innovation projects, leading a virtual team and add value to ensure a successful outcome
- Build a strong working relationship with the Regional and Country leadership to develop and drive an account winning strategy
- Develop the Strategic Account Plan/Strategy and roll it out globally.
- Consult with customers and shape opportunities to optimize the value we offer
- Map key decision makers at customers or value chain players
- Proactively Develop and Implement annual calendar for QBRs, Innovation conversations, exec roundtables
Commercial experience
- Demonstrates technical sales (direct and indirect) experience.
- Strong track record of capability to manage and grow large accounts.
- Understanding of account management, customers, sales channels & third parties
- Demonstrates significant experience in detecting and discussing industry and customer pain points and proposing high value solutions.
Leadership
- Ability to mobilize and manage networks / remote and virtual team.
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations in multicultural environment.
- Ability to understand and animate complex ecosystem of influencers.
- Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized
Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Successful track-record in establishing local customer intimacy through connections at Executives level and key decision makers within the customer organization.
- A strong ability to understand complex requirements, able to clearly communicate client needs, challenge the client on solutions and translate solutions to business value.
- Able to politically navigate through an organization; balancing interactions with the Key Decision Maker and reaching senior executive / C-Level ranks.
