We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Global Product Manager to lead the evolution of our SpaceLogic Building Management Solution , a key component of the EcoStruxure ™ Building portfolio.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping solutions that connect smart devices, edge control, and digital services to deliver smarter, more sustainable buildings worldwide.
What you'll be doing
- Own a key global responsibility for part of the SpaceLogic hardware for Building Management Systems.
- Collaborate effectively across functions, working closely with R&D, supply chain, and regional commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Engage with markets worldwide to capture customer and market requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Define user requirements for critical building functions such as HVAC, lighting, and both wireless and wired communication.
- Optimize and simplify existing offers to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Partner with hardware, firmware, and software development teams, leveraging both agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Travel globally to connect with teams, customers, and partners in a role that truly drives worldwide impact.
What we're are looking for
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager (or Offer Manager) in an HVAC, electrical, hardware, software, or control systems environment.
- Alternatively, 3+ years of experience launching products that can be controlled or interface with building management systems.

- Familiarity with global roles and cross-cultural communication.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback and translate them into actionable strategies.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the BMS industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC, lighting control, IoT connectivity, or cloud integration.
- Knowledge of edge device infrastructure and deployment.
- Customer-facing experience (e.g., offer management, business development, customer engagement) providing market-driven insights.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
