Join us as a Global CS&Q (Customer Satisfaction & Quality) Intern- and take a lead in integrating our quality processes into cutting-edge software solutions. This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate with experts from our organization and 3rd party consultant firms, shaping the future of Schneider Electric's Quality transformation!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Global CS&Q team to understand the requirements of our standard work processes and templates. Focus on Design Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) standard processes.
- Collaborate with a 3rd party vendor and internal experts to incorporate Schneider Electric D/PFMEA Quality process standards and logic into software for seamless integration.
- Drive the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the standard process within the Reliasoft software.
- Work with pilot project teams to generate use cases of software effectiveness.
- Support a cost analysis to evaluate the net return on investment (ROI) of the software integration and measure its effectiveness under the supervision of stakeholders, providing valuable insights for business decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in global discussions and contribute to the establishment of best practices for process integration across diverse operational environments.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Pursuing degree in STEM field, ideally Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions related to software integration, efficiency and integrity to support standard business process.
- Familiarity with Reliability Engineering software (Reliasoft) and/or a strong willingness to learn about their functionalities.
- Enthusiasm for quality management and process optimization.
- Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with quality improvement tools, specifically FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with global stakeholders effectively.
