General Manager - Business Development - Nodal Agency - North

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.

L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

  1. Responsible for Business Development for entire range of Products & Solutions offered for Nodal Agencies of North
  2. Customer relationship management, Work with assigned list of Nodal agencies, product approvals across range, Prescription, preference creation, etc. Improve Share of wallet from conversion customers & own business development till project orders get finalized.
  3. Review and update of Technical Specifications for major products in scope. Prescribe Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation EAIC favorable specifications in upcoming projects for competitive edge.
  4. Conduct Sales promotion activities / mega seminars / technical presentations /Webinars /IPTs/Product Demos for customers & consultants. Promote Digital products & solutions.
  5. Good understanding in Electrical Power distribution Systems and Elect equipment like Medium & Low Voltage Switchgears / protection Relays / Power factor improvement, etc.

Functional Competencies
  1. Key skills - In depth Knowledge of Product & Solutions of LK & Competitors.
  2. Strong basics of Electrical & Automation
  3. Basic Knowledge of Industrial Automation, AC Motors & Drives
  4. Experience of handling Govt. Sector customers
  5. Knowledge about Project cycle of Nodal Agencies Like CPWD, PWD, RLDA, RDSO etc.
