업무 내용

• Expense, Filling, Voucher 관리
• Corporate Insurance 관리
• 사무실 운영 업무 전반 및 대관 업무
• 사내 행사기획 및 운영 지원
• 사무용품 및 복리후생 지원관리
• 기타 전반적인 총무업무

필수 지원 자격

• 초대졸 (2~3 년 ) 이상
• 1~3 년 정도의 총무 유관 업무 경험자
• 엑셀 및 워드 등 컴퓨터 활용 능력 등 OA 능력 우수자
• 초급 (Conversational) 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 스킬
• 유연한 성격 및 적극적이며 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
• 원활하고 효율적인 업무 처리 및 시간 관리 능력 보유자

근무지

• 강서구 공항대로 248 슈나이더일렉트릭 서울본사 ( 발산역 8 번출구 3 분거리 )

급여

• 연봉 3800 만원 ( 경력에 따라 협의 가능 )
• 연 120 만원 복지포인트
• 추석 , 명절 상여 (20 만원 /10 만원 )
