MISSION:
For our Global ETO plant in Dunavece / Hungary
- Manage the performance of the ETO (Engineering to Order) business model as a co-pilot of a business leader. Strong focus on customer projects financial performance (Revenue, margin), as well as manufacturing/ supply chain efficiency.
- Support Tender & Project Managers in risk analysis and drive action plans.
- Ensure complete compliance of the entity.
- Enhance the robustness of our financial processes.
- Participate to the successful launch of our new product, with accurate cost follow up vs target and following of the costing derogation process.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Be a Business Partner to the entity management line and the functions outside the plant, such as territory accounting and business finance competency center..
- Monitor the evolution of the economic performance and provide visibility / analyses to the entity management
- Guarantee deadlines, accuracy and reliability of the Group Reporting, ensure Audits and KICs
- Control the reliability of accounting data and reporting, comply with group and IFRS rules, follow external audit requirements
- Drive Process / Tools such as ROI, IDB, Inventories, benchmark, star products, etc.
- Ensure tendering cost regular update and accuracy (tendering and configuration tools)
- Challenge tendering and project teams to ensure that project costs are under control
- Ensure the follow-up of the cash management of the entity
- Set up the forecasts, anticipate risks and opportunities on a medium term.
- Analyze variances between Actual and Forecasts
- Have the global End-to-End overview of the flows linked with the entity
- Manage the relation with Front offices and Execution centers
- Challenge the Entity Manager and his team on the performance & objectives and communicate on those points
- Develop economic awareness within the global entity
- Manage the Finance Team (performance, competencies, versatility, ...) according to SPS SIM rules
- Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well-being.
- Get involved in group projects, such as EPM, Unify and Pilot the change management
- Ensure interface with Schneider Digital

What do you need to apply?
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance
- Speaking Hungarian is a must.
- 5-10 of Finance Experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Project controlling experience is a plus
- Experience in change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple objectives, prioritize & deliver results
- Managerial experience a plus
- Digital mindset
