Role Summary:
The Finance Intern will support the analysis, reporting, and financial planning processes related to Support Functions Cost (SG&A) across Mexico and Central America. This position is ideal for students in the final semesters of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields who are eager to learn in a dynamic, high-exposure environment and contribute to strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in budget tracking and monthly financial reports for SG&A areas (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).
• Support the preparation of rolling forecast models, gathering inputs from business partners and validating data accuracy.
• Help monitor and analyze actual vs. budget variances, identifying trends and flagging irregularities.

• Collaborate in the headcount (HC) tracking and reporting, updating dashboards and hiring status.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders (VPs and cost center owners).
• Support month-end closing activities including journal entry preparation and cost reclassification analysis.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for chargebacks and internal allocations (OPA).
• Take part in process improvement initiatives and automation of recurring reports.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in progress (6th semester or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Availability to work part-time (30 hours/week)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate in a team environment
• A dvanced English (MUST)
