Finance Intern - FP&A (Mexico & Central America)

Role Summary:

As a Finance Intern in the Commercial Business Finance team, you will support the planning and forecasting activities for Mexico and Central America. This role is ideal for students in the final semesters of Finance, Economics, or related careers who want to gain experience in FP&A, business partnering, and strategic analysis in a dynamic, regional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
   •    Support the Rolling Forecast, Latest Thinking, and 5-Year Plan processes by consolidating data and preparing working files.
   •    Assist in tracking and analyzing orders and sales performance, identifying key trends and variances.
   •    Help prepare presentations and reporting packages for senior management and divisional stakeholders.

   •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in gathering inputs from commercial areas.
   •    Contribute to data validation, scenario modeling, and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making.
   •    Maintain dashboards and reports in Excel or Power BI with timely, accurate data.
   •    Participate in regional projects with North America and LATAM finance teams.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  •   Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (6th semester or higher)
  •   Availability to work 30 hours per week
  •   Strong Excel and analytical skills
  •   Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  •   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  •   Advanced English required. (MUST)
  •   Knowledge of Power BI or SAP is a plus
