About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Integration Accountant to support the seamless financial integration of an acquired entity into our organization. This critical role will ensure that all financial systems, processes, governance and reporting frameworks etc are aligned to SE's SOPs, enabling consistent and accurate financial operations across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating the E2E finance integration process for an acquired entity
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, HR, GFS, Operations) and acting as the primary SPOC for all finance tracks
- Conducting the finance due diligence and communicating all findings and impacts to stakeholders.
- Performing Gap Analysis: Analysing SE Standard Processes vs acquired entity.
- Deployment of SE practices and finance processes at acquired entity.
- Contribute to onboarding acquired entity on SE's Finance Digitization and Efficiency tools.
- Align accounting policies, reporting standards, Tax Practices, Compliances, and internal controls etc with SE standard practice.
- Contributing to timely closure of monthly accounts and ensuring compliance with tax regulation for all Gulf Territory Entities.

Qualifications & Qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, Local Compliances, Tax Regulations, Financial systems (SAP) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Digital mindset & way of working, clear & structured.
- Smooth interactions with others, resilience, positiveness.
