Field Services Logistics Operations Leader - Cajamar
What will you do?
As the Field Services Logistics Operations Leader for Brazil, you will oversee the end-to-end logistics and operational support for field service activities across the country. You will lead a team responsible for managing service parts, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring service delivery excellence. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and aligning local execution with regional and global strategies.

- Leadership in logistics or field service operations. Warehousing & Order fulfillment management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Fluency in Portuguese and English

Who will you report to?
You will report directly to the Field Services Logistics SAM Manager. This is a leadership role, managing a team and working closely with supply chain teams, and external partners. You'll be part of a dynamic and results-driven environment, with visibility across regional operations and strategic initiatives.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in field services, logistics, or operations leadership
- Strong understanding of service delivery models and supply chain processes
- Experience in managing teams and driving operational KPIs
- Familiarity with compliance, safety, and regulatory standards in Brazil
- Project management experience is a plus
