Schneider Electric is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Europe Leadership Departments. Based in Barcelona, this role provides high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of executive activities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate travel itineraries.
  • Monitor and manage expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project tracking and follow-up on action items.
  • Support planning and coordination of executive-level events and functions.
  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.

What qualifications will make you successful in this role?
  • Degree or certification in Executive Assistance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Experience with travel and expense management tools.
