Based in Melbourne, and holding responsibility for the Victorian state territory, you'll be the driving force behind major pursuits, working in partnership C-level leaders to shape the future of their infrastructure.

With your well-honed consultative expertise, you will identify, develop and close high-value business opportunities with Tier 1 enterprise clients. Success in this position requires understanding of complex customer needs and then delivering tailored solutions for Critical Power and Critical Cooling.
You will join a passionate team of professionals located in major city locations across Australia and New Zealand and will be further supported by a network of local and global segment / domain experts.
What You Will Do
- Lead high-impact enterprise pursuits from first conversation to close, owning the full sales cycle.
- Engage deeply with CEO's, CIOs, CTOs, and procurement leaders to uncover strategic needs and co-create tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for large enterprise accounts.
Drive pipeline growth, deal velocity, and account penetration with precision and discipline. - Partner with solution engineers and delivery teams to craft compelling, technically sound proposals.
- Represent Schneider Electric at executive forums, industry events, and strategic roundtables.
- Identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities to shape future offerings.
- Represent a unified "One Schneider" approach with Customers.
