Your Team
You'll be part of the global supply chain organization, working closely with EMS suppliers, internal factories, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and material flow.
What You'll Do
- Production Management: Plan and oversee PCBA production at EMS sites, ensuring alignment with factory needs.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively manage material shortages and production issues.
- Flow Optimization: Optimize component and PCBA flow between EMS suppliers and Schneider Electric factories.
- Material Support: Support EMS in material management using tools like eBoard, EE Shortage Management, and Clear To Build.
- Production Monitoring: Track EMS production execution against planned output.
- Continuous Improvement: Reduce unhealthy stock levels and challenge strategic safety stock at EMS sites.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in operations planning, materials management, or SIOP-related functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Experience with demand planning tools (e.g., SAP, KINAXIS).
- Knowledge of SIOP processes, logistics, inventory, and PCBA production.
- Familiarity with EMS-specific production environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability and quick learning in fast-paced settings.
