Your Team

You'll be part of the global supply chain organization, working closely with EMS suppliers, internal factories, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and material flow.
What You'll Do


  • Production Management: Plan and oversee PCBA production at EMS sites, ensuring alignment with factory needs.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively manage material shortages and production issues.
  • Flow Optimization: Optimize component and PCBA flow between EMS suppliers and Schneider Electric factories.
  • Material Support: Support EMS in material management using tools like eBoard, EE Shortage Management, and Clear To Build.
  • Production Monitoring: Track EMS production execution against planned output.
  • Continuous Improvement: Reduce unhealthy stock levels and challenge strategic safety stock at EMS sites.
Essential for the Role


  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations planning, materials management, or SIOP-related functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with demand planning tools (e.g., SAP, KINAXIS).
  • Knowledge of SIOP processes, logistics, inventory, and PCBA production.
Desirable for the Role


  • Familiarity with EMS-specific production environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability and quick learning in fast-paced settings.
