Electrical Engineering Supervisor

What will you do?
Functionally supervise the electrical project engineering team, leading the design and technical application of solutions within the product portfolio. Ensure the achievement of quality, efficiency, productivity, and on-time performance KPIs aligned with departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functionally supervise a team of electrical engineers and designers.
- Manage workload and capacity planning to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure technical quality of deliverables including drawings, BOMs, and production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with technical and service objectives of assigned projects.
- Promote continuous improvement in technical knowledge, efficiency, and design processes.
- Review and validate technical developments of products and equipment by the team.
- Drive the use and enrichment of design reuse systems.
- Lead change initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, preferably in the power equipment industry.
- Proven experience in technical team leadership.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- General knowledge of processes, procedures, tools, and electrical equipment applications.
- Ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives.
