The Mission:
Deliver electrical engineering designs for medium voltage equipment on low to medium complexity projects. Collaborate in a progressive, design-led team environment that values sustainability and innovation.
Your Role:
Work closely with project managers, clients, and design engineers to produce drawings, documentation, and provide technical support during FAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documentation and prepare technical compliance documents.
- Identify interface requirements and ensure specification conformity.
- Design electrical schematics for MV applications, selecting protection/control devices.
- Calculate requirements for measuring devices (e.g., CTs, VTs).
- Program protection devices (Micom, Sepam, Easergy).
- Support project management, manufacturing, and commissioning teams.
- Maintain customer relationships and stay current with technology trends.
- Design IEC61850 communication architecture and files.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in MV switchgear design on low to medium complexity projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK electrical standards.
- Proficiency in Schneider protection relays, IEC61850, Modbus.
- Familiarity with EcoStruxure, AutoCAD, EPlan, SAP.
- Fluent in English.
- High-quality engineering performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Power Systems or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
