Your Mission
Direct Sales: Engage with customers to promote, prescribe, and close deals for EcoStruxure Automation Expert.
Relationship Building: Identify and initiate relationships with accounts that align with EcoStruxure Automation Expert's capabilities.
Collaboration: Work with broader sales and technical teams to drive and secure large-scale opportunities.
- Experience in launching and scaling new products, offers, and solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute impactful business development strategies that drive growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills, from the shop floor to the executive suite.

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive commercial success through consultative and prescriptive selling techniques.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential business opportunities, including pilot projects, proof-of-concept implementations, and full-scale rollout of EcoStruxure Automation Expert.
- Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and engineering, procurement, and construction firms to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements to maximize revenue potential.
Market Development & Strategy Execution:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that positions EcoStruxure Automation Expert as a disruptive open automation platform.
- Align business development initiatives with global trends in industrial automation, Industry 4.0, and software-driven control systems.
- Analyze customer pain points, competitor offerings, and emerging market trends to refine the value proposition and influence original equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and end-users to adopt EcoStruxure Automation Expert.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering, operations, IT, and executive decision-makers to promote EcoStruxure Automation Expert adoption.
- Engage with executives, plant managers, automation engineers, and IT-OT leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate internally with lines of business, offer managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the growth of EcoStruxure Automation Expert.
- Build a network of early adopters, key opinion leaders, and reference customers to advocate for EcoStruxure Automation Expert within the industry.
- Support system integrators and consultants to integrate EcoStruxure Automation Expert into their project specifications.
- Be the voice of the customer internally and to the lines of business to influence roadmaps and provide market insights that will help grow EcoStruxure Automation Expert faster.
- Collaborate with segment teams to identify and penetrate strategic sub-segments and applications for EcoStruxure Automation Expert.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the Center of Excellence, product management, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with market needs.
- Provide direct customer feedback to product development teams to enhance EcoStruxure Automation Expert's features, usability, and scalability.
- Coordinate with pre-sales specialists, solution specialists, and application specialists to develop and present tailored automation solutions to the customer using EcoStruxure Automation Expert.
- Be the subject matter expert on EcoStruxure Automation Expert to the customer
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of EcoStruxure Automation Expert initiatives.
- Act as the primary conduit between customer and Center of Excellence on EcoStruxure Automation Expert-related topics, including escalations and feature prioritization.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consultative, technical solution sales-essential to this role.
- A deep understanding of industrial automation and applications-essential to this role. Experience with industrial control systems, programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition, distributed control systems, and edge computing.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Travel
This role will require approximately 30-50% travel.
